Discussion about army, Serb inhabitants worried but will not leave Kosovo (Radio KIM)

“Laws on transformation of Kosovo Security Forces into an army will be adopted on December 14,” Constitutional Law Professor Riza Smaka told Radio KIM.

On the other hand, Bojan Teofilovic from the Centre for Peace and Tolerance thinks that forming an army is almost impossible without constitutional amendments. Serb inhabitants said they are worried, but would not leave their home places.

Professor Smaka believes Kosovo army should not be reason for concern, since every state in the Balkans has its own army. He added that army would be defensive and not aggressive.
