Brnabic: Tensions with Sofia ended (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian Prime Minister said a full stop is put on the misunderstandings over the statement of Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov regarding Kosovo independence, B92 reports. She added Bulgaria is a great partner of Serbia, noting there is no need for tensions and estranged relations between the two states. Serbian PM Brnabic also appeared alongside Bulgarian PM Borissov before the journalists after the plenary session of SEECP. Journalists were also interested to hear if PM Borissov has something to add, and he said briefly – full stop, full stop.

Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic reacted to Albanian President Ilir Meta's speech at South-East European Cooperation Process Summit in Jahorina saying that SEECP doesn't recognize Kosovo, adding that there is no room for provocations, B92 reports. Albanian President Ilir Meta, who spoke on the plenary session of the SEECP right before the Serbian Prime Minister, called on Bosnia-Herzegovina to recognize "the fact that Kosovo is an independent and sovereign state".

“Kosovo and Albania complicated things by boycotting SEECP Summit in Sarajevo” (TV N1)

“Kosovo and Albania by boycotting summit launched joint foreign policy” (RTS)

Foreign Affairs Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak said decision of Kosovo and Albania to boycott the summit in Sarajevo represents an implementation of announced joint foreign policy of Pristina and Tirana. Kosovo FM cancels the trip to Bosnia (N1)

Kosovo Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, cancelled his trip to Banja Luka, after “threats and obstacles” he encountered following the invitation to attend a meeting of the regional foreign ministers in that Bosnian city, the minister said on Tuesday.

Pacolli was invited to attend the informal meeting of foreign ministers of the South-East Europe Cooperation Process (SEECP) in Bosnia's northwestern city of Banja Luka, but his presence was strongly objected to by Republika Srpska (RS) President Milorad Dodik.

SEECP ministers to adopt resolution against terrorism (Kosovapress, Telegrafi)

Foreign ministers of thirteen countries of south east Europe are taking part in the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) conference in Tirana, along with European Union representatives. Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama addressed the participants saying countries in the region should speak with one voice in the EU and that the EU would be more fragile without the inclusion of the region. Rama also said that a joint resolution against terrorism is expected to be adopted at the end of the two-day meeting. Kosovo is being represented in the conference by Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci.
