People's Party Vice President Sanda Raskovic Ivic says that "delineation" with Kosovo Albanians is unconstitutional and that, if that happens, the leaders of the current regime will be responsible when the authority change and that the division of Kosovo leads to the exodus of Serbs living south of the Ibar River.

Tens of thousands of Macedonians have turned out to support Nikola Gruevski's government in a counter-protest after opposition supporters marched through the capital Skopje a day earlier to demand the prime minister's resignation. Remains of missing massacre victims killed during the 1998-99 conflict finally given a proper burial by their families.

For 16 years in one small village in Kosovo's central region, the relatives of missing war victims visited empty graves. Some had photographs, some did not. But it was at least a place where they could bring flowers, talk to the picture, and mourn the loss of a loved one whose body had not been found.
