Killers of Serb youths in Kosovo can't be found, 15 years on (B92, Tanjug)

This Monday marks 15 years since unknown persons opened fire from automatic weapons on a group of Serb youths in Kosovo.

They were spending a summer day on the banks of the Bistrica River, near their homes in the Serb enclave of Gorazdevac - a village in the western part of Kosovo.
19-year-old Ivan Jovovic, and 12-year-old Pantelija Dakic were killed in the attack.

A bomb was thrown at the house of a Serb near Gnjilane / Gjilan (B92)

On Thursday around 20:30 unknown person threw a bomb on a house of Stevan Jancic in the village Pasjane, in Kosovo - Pomoravlje District. There were no injured persons in the attack said the Mayor of Pasjane, Dragan Nikolić. Three former Serbian fighters, including special police commander Vladan Krstovic, are accused of war crimes during an attack on the Kosovo village of Ljubenic that left 46 ethnic Albanians dead.

The case against Vladan Krstovic, Lazar Pavlovic and Milan Ivanovic for the attack on Ljubenic during the Kosovo war on April 1, 1999, during which 46 people were killed and 11 wounded, began on Monday at a closed pre-trial hearing at the Belgrade-based special court.

Prosecution asks for international arrest warrant for Gani Geci (Koha)

Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica asked a judge today to issue an international arrest warrant for former MP, Gani Geci, in relation to a murder in Skenderaj last week.

The request was filed today after a week-long search for Geci failed to produce results. In addition, the prosecution has received information that Geci is no longer in the territory of Kosovo.
