The first meeting on amending the Constitution (Vecernje Novosti)

Representatives of all parliamentary parties will gather today to agree on the mode of action group which was established in order to reform the political system, which should lead to changes in the Constitution of Republic of Serbia. As has so far has been announced in several occasions, MPs will have a task to propose a model for decreasing the number of Members of the Parliament. They will also propose changes in the Law on referendum and initiative of the people, financial support for political parties, and possibly a new electoral system.

Djuric: Without the formation of Community/Association of Serbian municipalities there is no progress (RTV Pink, Vecernje Novosti)

We have clearly sent a message that we are for further progress in the normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina, and without the establishment of the Association/Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) progress is not possible, said Marko Djuric, Director of the Office of the Government of Serbia for Kosovo and Metohija. "Further steps go toward creating a community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO), in order to achieve something new and quality it is necessary to establish the Community of Serbian municipalities, further progress is not possible without it," he told RTV

Brussels request from Serbia to slacken relations with Banja Luka (Vecernje Novosti)

Brussels is preparing a new list of the requests for Serbia in regards to Kosovo and Metohija, but also in regards to the relation with Moscow and Republika Srpska. The list could be soon presented as a condition for opening the Chapter 31 on foreign and security policy, learned Vecernje Novosti. According to our information, most probably will be requested revision of the Strategy of National Security and Strategy of Defence which were adopted in 2009, with the explanation that circumstances in the world have been changed.

Serbian National Party (SNP) stated that Serbian delegation in the Brussels talks should request from the EU mediator to finally put on the agenda of the talks the issue of the state and citizens property. First chapters waiting for winter (Vecernje Novosti)

Berlin has defined requests in order to approve next step until the end of the year in Serbia’s integration. Certain shift is needed in the area of energy and creation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities. Official Berlin is ready to unblock the negotiations between Serbia and the EU and to give green light in December for the opening first chapters, learned Novosti. Chapters 23 and 24 on judiciary, rule of law and security would be open at the very beginning, along with the chapter 35 on Kosovo.
