“In preparing the draft Statute of the Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO), we used elements of different models of the European regions. The South Tyrol drew the most attention and I can say that it is closest model to the ZSO,” said the coordinator of the management team for establishing the ZSO, Ljubomir Maric.
