Usurped properties in KiM, Sisyphus’s work for legal teams (RTS)

Serbian national broadcaster RTS continues its serial on usurped properties in Kosovo, this time focusing on Mitrovica, featuring some of the cases. Usurpation of Serb properties in Kosovo and Metohija is ongoing for two decades. There are thousands of court cases opened, while lawyers from Free Legal Aid advise their clients to check every six months in cadastral records, if their properties are still under their names, RTS reports. Mitrovica is divided town, separated by the Ibar River.

London changes the format of the Security Council session on Kosovo? (RTS)

Media in Serbia announces today that the United Kingdom takes over the presidency of the United Nations Security Council in August. Serbian national broadcaster, RTS reports that the Serbian foreign minister confirmed that London could ask for the sessions on Kosovo to be abolished or to be closed to the public.

Drecun: Insincere wish of Pristina to form ZSO (RTS)

The chairman of the Assembly's Committee for Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun, told RTS on Saturday that the way Albanians want to define the statute of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO) is contrary to the Brussels agreement, adding that the question is what will be written in the Statute. If it is unacceptable to Belgrade, there is nothing of that, says Drecun.

Pristina's "platform" could spell end of talks – report (B92, RTS, Vecernje Novosti)

Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic commented on the latest platform from Pristina to say he expects the European Union to "declare itself."

In the platform on what they called "the final phase of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue" Pristina authorities state that the dialogue's goal is Kosovo's membership in the UN and "mutual recognition."

Rakic: No preconditions for opening the bridge (RTS, Tanjug)

The insistence of Maja Kocijancic on the opening of the bridge in Mitrovica  "without delay", as she said, was not based either on what was agreed in Brussels nor on the valid assessment of the situation on the ground, assessed the president of the Serb List Goran Rakic, reports Serbian national broadcaster RTS.

Spokesman for the Bulgarian EU presidency Genoveva Chervenakova says to Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti that Bulgaria will fully respect the status neutrality of Kosovo at the EU-Western Balkans summit to be organized in May.
