German MPs proud of 13 withdrawn recognitions of Kosovo independence (B92, Tanjug)

Armin Paulus Hampel is proud of the authorities in Serbia which have succeeded in persuading as many as 13 states to revoke recognition of Kosovo independence, Tanjug news agency reports today.

Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Alternative for Germany (Alternative für Deutschland, AfD) in the Bundestag, Hampel, also emphasized the fact that today there are also Nobel Prize winners supporting Serbia.

"EU believes in Serbia's European destiny" (Tanjug, B92)

China did not change its stance and will not support the admission of Kosovo to Interpol, Serbian media reported today. This was stated during the meeting of the Serbian Internal Affairs Minster Nebojsa Stefanovic and Head of the Chinese Delegation at the Interpol General Assembly session Duan Daqi.

During the meeting the head of the Chinese delegation reiterated China’s support to Serbia’s territorial integrity and unchanged stance on Kosovo request to join Interpol.

Serbian diplomats around the world have received an explicit directive from the Serbian Foreign Affairs Ministry, B92 reports. The diplomatic missions were given a directive to make every effort to thwart Kosovo bid to become a member of an international police organization.

Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic also said that Pristina has no chance of joining Interpol.
"Kosovo has no chance of joining Interpol, it will face a disaster," he told Politika daily ahead of the forthcoming Interpol General Assembly session in Chile.

French humanitarian Arnaud Gouillon recently commented on the outburst that followed the news of Nobel Prize in Literature being awarded to Peter Handke, B92 reports.

"What an outburst of hatred and insults in the Western press over Nobel for Handke. Being a friend of Serbia and genuinely loving the weak and oppressed living in the enclaves in Kosovo and Metohija is obviously inexcusable. Even after 20 years," Gouillon posted on Twitter.

The humanitarian then added: "Now at least I know how I will be treated, whatever I do in the future."

OSCE was not involved in process with envelops from Serbia (B92, Kosovo-online)

OSCE Mission in Kosovo Spokesperson Senad Sabovic said OSCE is not involved in the process of counting votes from Serbia, B92 reports.

“We know what is happening in Central Election Commission, but I can not make a stance or assessment because we do not have insight into this process, we were not involved in this process. There were some initiatives, but it was not approved and the OSCE was not involved in the process with envelops from Serbia,” Sabovic told Kosovo-online portal.
