Ten contentious points of EU's draft resolution (Tanjug)

Kocijancic: EU member states to decide on Chapter 35 (Politika)

European Commission has forwarded the draft platform to EU member states along with the recommendation for the Chapter to be opened, and it is up to member states to propose eventual amendments and decide on the opening of the chapter, said spokesperson of the EU High Representative Maja Kocijancic, who also speaks in behalf of the EU Commissioner for Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.

Chinese ambassador: Solution for Kosovo under Resolution 1244 (Tanjug)

China's official position is that the issue of Kosovo needs to be solved pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 1244, Chinese Ambassador to Serbia Li Manchang said in Jagodina on Wednesday.

UNESCO Executive Council is set to decide on today’s session in Paris whether proposal with the recommendation for Kosovo’s membership in that organization will be on the daily agenda of the body. State secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Veljko Odalovic, said to RTS that he expects wisdom to prevail over politics and that Kosovo’s request won’t be put on the agenda.

Tanaskovic: UNESCO's decision over Kosovo around 20 October (Tanjug, Politika, KIM Radio)
