Djuric: There is no solution for Kosovo without agreement with Serbia (TV Pink, Tanjug)

There is no solution to the Kosovo issue without agreement with Serbia, Director of Office for Kosovo and Metohija Marko Djuric told TV Pink. He added Serbia wishes compromise solution, but would not accept any humiliating proposals.

Djuric said that yesterday’s decision of the Serbian delegation to leave the conference on EU common foreign and security policy in Vienna, because of the way Kosovo was presented, shows that nothing is resolved.

Kosachov: Solution for Kosovo only in line with UNSC Resolution 1244 (BETA, TV N1)

Russia will support every solution to the Kosovo issue, that is supported by the Serbian people and is in line with the Constitution of Serbia and UN SC Resolution 1244, BETA news agency reports. This was said during the meeting between the Serbian Minister for Innovations and Technical Development Nenad Popovic and Chairperson of the Russian Federation Committee for Foreign Policy, Konstantin Kosachov.

According to the Popovic Ministry’s statement, Kosachov said Serbian people in Kosovo can count on Russian support.

Kosovo not recognized, Serbian FM Dacic says at OIF summit (TV N1)

Kosovo’s associate membership in the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) does not mean it has been recognized as a state, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said yesterday, TV N1 reports.

Speaking at the OIF summit of heads of state and government in the Armenian capital Yerevan, Dacic said that there are 13 permanent members of the organization which have not recognized Kosovo. A Foreign Ministry press release said that those countries submitted a declaration to the summit stating that their stand on Kosovo had not changed.

Serbian and Spanish delegations walked out of conference over Kosovo (Tanjug, B92)

A delegation of the Serbian Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs on Thursday walked out of a conference held in Vienna.

The inter-parliamentary conference was dedicated to EU's common foreign and security policy.

The Serbian delegation, headed by committee chairman Zarko Obradovic, left the conference alongside the Spanish parliamentary delegation because of the way Kosovo was represented at the event.

McAllister: Difficult work ahead of Serbian Government for EU membership (RTS, FoNet, Danas)

Vucic: I am not happy because of Komsic’s statement on Kosovo (Danas, FoNet)

Serbia wishes to have good co-operation with Bosnia and Herzegovina and with all three newly elected members of its presidency, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said today in Kraljevo.

Asked to comment on the statement of a Croat member of Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency, Zeljko Komsic who said that for him Kosovo is an independent state and would be wise if Bosnia recognizes it, Vucic replied he is not happy because of that statement, but will not use every opportunity to respond.

Dacic reacts to Bosnian Presidency member's Kosovo comment (Tanjug, B92, DW)

Bosnia doesn't recognize Kosovo, and if members of its Presidency don't respect Serbia's territorial integrity, they are undermining friendly relations.

That would trigger a reciprocal reaction, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said, reacting to Zeljko Komsic's statement that Kosovo is "an independent state to him."

Defensive Pristina, Serbia in campaign (Tanjug, Prva TV)

Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister, Ivica Dacic said that Pristina is currently in a defensive phase, by visiting the countries that have recognized Kosovo, to prevent them revoking recognitions, Serbian media reported.

On the other hand, Serbia continues lobbying that some countries revoke recognitions of Kosovo, and Dacic remains certain there would be more revoking by the end of this year, therefore he expects the number of recognitions to drop below 100.
