Deletion of asterisk then the SAA ratification (Vecernje Novosti, B92)

Pristina on Monday changed the Stabilization and Association Agreement it signed with the EU. 

Pristina has signed the SAA agreement as Kosovo* - but the yesterday session of the Assembly, that ratified the agreement, also passed an amendment that replaced the asterisk - which in official documents points to a footnote referring to Kosovo's status - with the term "the Republic of Kosovo."

Website launched for #NoKosovoUnesco campaign (B92)

Serbian authorities' campaign against the membership of Kosovo in UNESCO has continued with the launching of a website.

After posting several short films on the internet about the crimes in Kosovo, the website nokosovounesco.com has now gone online, documenting messages of hatred directed at Serbs, destroyed churches, graveyards, burned down cars.

President Tomislav Nikolic asked Serbians on Monday to spread the truth about Kosovo online by sharing the material on social networks.

Abbot of Visoki Dečani Monastery Sava Janjić today stated to RTS that room should be provided through Brussels dialogue where Belgrade and Pristina, with participation of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SOC), would discuss all modalities of long-term and institutional protection of Serbian shrines in Kosovo and Metohija.

Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said Monday that no pressure can force Serbia to recognize Kosovo's independence. "I have confidence in the UN, to which Serbia entrusted the care of Kosovo and Metohija in 1999," Nikolic said at a meeting with new UNMIK chief Zahir Tanin and the new chief of the UN Office in Belgrade, Simona-Mirela Miculescu.
