Government of Serbia was reported yesterday to have requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council because of the intention of the Kosovo institutions to establish armed forces.
Luxembourg representative at the UN Security Council, Jacques Flies, whose country presides currently over this institution, said they have not received a request for an urgent meeting from Belgrade.
