Today will be marked twelve years since the murder of two and wounding of four Serbian children in Gorazdevac near Pec, and still no one was held responsible for that crime.

Deputy Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Zeljko Jovic will attend the memorial service in the Church of the Virgin Mary in Gorazdevac.  Ivan Jovovic (19) and Pantelija Dakic (12) were killed when unknown persons fired from automatic weapons at the children, who were swimming in Bistrica River. The memorial service in the church will serve local priest in the presence of Bishop of Raska-Prizren Teodosije, announced the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo.

Despite the reward of one million euros and pledges of UNMIK officials that they will turn over each stone to find murderers, they are still unknown. The Prosecutor of the Special Prosecution Office of Kosovo closed the case in 2010 because police investigation did not lead to any result or potential suspects.
