The vice-president of the Movement of Socialists (coalition partner of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party), Bratislav Jugović, who was presented as potential Serbian presidential candidate by the Russian web portal Sputnik, argues that negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina should shift to Moscow and explained that Russia is unavoidable geopolitical factor without which not a single problem can be settled.

Jugović further said that Washington and Brussels are only deepening problems, while everything that was agreed through EU facilitation in the end is not respected by Kosovo Albanians. He went on to say that from this reasons the United Nations (UNMIK) should regain its competencies.

“EULEX, that is EU, has a mandate to guarantee safety and stability in Kosovo and Metohija,” reminded Jugović and stressed that Brexit and numerous terrorist attacks that took place throughout the EU are showing that EULEX and EU can’t be sponsors of security and stability.
