Leader of Peoples’ Party and Chair of Alliance for Serbia (SZS) Vuk Jeremic assessed yesterday that delineation, which, according to the Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic represents an official Belgrade’s position in negotiations with Pristina, is “a fig leaf” for Kosovo recognition, BETA news agency reported.

Jeremic also underlined “how something that National Assembly is not informed about, let even decided about it, can become a state policy?”

Kosovo PM Ramush Haradinaj says that Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic's proposal is "unacceptable and unreasonable." Dacic spoke yesterday about delimitation "between Kosovo and Serbia on ethnic basis."

Haradinaj stressed that "such a thing has not been realized anywhere, ever."

In the past twenty years, Serbia has paid about 700 million euros of Kosovo's debt and will continue to do so, Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said on Tuesday. Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic said, in relation to the 11^th anniversary since the declaration of independence in Kosovo, that “Kosovo Albanians have nothing to rejoice about,” BETA news agency reported. He added, “the times when solutions were imposed by force are long gone”.

Dacic told the journalists after visiting the memorial room “Kosmet victims” in Belgrade that the presence of international officials on Sunday in Pristina, that included only Albanian PM Edi Rama, indicates what level of international support Kosovo Albanians have.

Serbian Foreign Affairs Minister Ivica Dacic said on Thursday that membership in the European Union and regional stability are Serbia’s key foreign policy priorities, TV N1 reports.

Speaking to students at the 8th class of High Security and Defense Studies, Dacic said that Kosovo is an issue of the highest national interest and the greatest political and security challenge, adding that Serbia will remain committed to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and compromise as the only way to reach a viable solution.

Dacic told TV Pink that it is a question what will happen in the US after the next presidential election and whether an administration that is not favorable for Serbian interests will return to power.

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic met on Thursday in New York with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

The meeting took place on the eve of a meeting of the United Nations Security Council dedicated to Guterres' regular report on the work of UNMIK, the UN Mission in Kosovo, the Serbian Government said.
