Dodik congratulated victory to Srpska Lista (RTV Puls, Tanjug)

President of the Republic of Srpska, (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Milorad Dodik congratulated last night victory to Srpska Lista, in the Kosovo local elections, adding it would provide easier achievement of Serb national interests, RTV Puls reported.

“I think it is important and it would provide for the continuation of the policies coordinated from Belgrade. In any case, it would be easier to achieve the Serbian national interests in Kosovo and state policy in Kosovo,” Dodik said.

“Victory of Srpska Lista in all Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo local elections once again confirmed the unity of the Serb people in the southern province,” said Chairperson of the Serbian Assembly Committee for Kosovo and Metohija, Milovan Drecun, RTS reported.

“Serbs in Kosovo “spent” their expectations; they are very tired of elections, because for many years they are jut turning up to some elections, being them Serbian presidential, Kosovo parliamentary, Serbian parliamentary and now Kosovo local elections. Kosovo's Central Electoral Commission is yet to announce preliminary results from local elections. However, some 17 municipalities are set to pass into runoffs.

As Kosovo waits for official results from Sunday’s local elections, some 17 municipalities already seem set for runoffs, according to preliminary data from local NGO Democracy in Action (DIA), which monitored the process.

The Serbian List says that Pristina’s actions at administrative crossings show an obvious attempt to prevent IDPs from central Serbia to vote in Kosovo, TV Most reports.

The List urges the authorities to free all administrative crossings and enable unhindered voting and to stop interfering in the election process, reports TV Most.

 

 

 

Veselinovic: Up to 11 hours voted about 10.30 % of the population (TV Most, Radio Gračanica)

A representative from the Serbian community in the Central Election Commission, Stevan Veselinović, told Radio Gračanica that the vote in Kosovo flows regular, with sporadic and technical problems that were resolved at the very moment.

"For now, everything flows well, except for some small, sporadic technical problems. There were some small incidents that were resolved at the very moment," Veselinović told Radio Gračanica.

Two buses with voters stopped at the crossing Bela Zemlja (RTV Puls)

More than a hundred displaced persons from Jagodina, Smederevo, Belgrade and other places from central Serbia, were stopped today at the administrative crossing Bela Zemlja - Končulj. They came to vote in the municipality of Novo Brdo, reports RTV Puls.
As RTV Pulse learns from eyewitnesses, the Kosovo police do not allow the entry of two buses with plates of the Serbian city Nis because they do not have a Kosovo license for the carriage of passengers and a green card.
