Brussels without response when Pristina could establish Association of Serb Municipalities (Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti)

The European Commission Spokesperson, Maja Kocijancic did not respond precisely to Tanjug news agency, when it can be expected from Pristina to implement the Brussels agreement and establish the Association of the Serb Municipalities, Serbian media reported.

Kocijancic earlier yesterday told Pristina based Koha that “both sides confirmed their strong commitment in implementing the Brussels agreement”.

Serbia completed its obligations deriving from this agreement, reached in 2013, Serbian media further reported.

Continuation of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue at the highest level is not on the sight, even in January, Vecerenje Novosti reported, although the daily unofficially learnt that Federica Mogherini’s cabinet is trying to schedule a new round of dialogue by the end of January next year.

According to the Serbian daily, the main obstacle for continuation of a dialogue is persistence of Pristina to involve USA in it, a move that was not met with approval in Brussels.

Haradinaj says that all issues that have so far been part of the dialogue in Brussels have no weight, because the main question between Kosovo and Serbia has not been resolved, and that is Kosovo's recognition by Serbia.

4 points of agreement between Vucic and Putin (Vecernje Novosti)

Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti writes that, according to their knowledge, the most important points of future relations between Serbia and Russia have been clarified.

The daily quote the following points:

* Russia will firmly represent Belgrade's positions regarding the final status of Kosovo

* Moscow, as a manufacturer, has generally agreed that Serbia can negotiate with the Belarusians about the purchase of the S-300 PVO system

Vucic: If format of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue change, Russia is ready to get involved (KoSSev portal)

If there are attempts to expand the format of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue and involve the USA, Russian Federation is also ready to get involved in this dialogue, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic told Tanjug news agency.

“We have reached some sort of agreement, if there would be attempts and intentions to expand the format of participants and intermediaries in the talks between Serbs and Albanians, and if Americans would like to become a part of that format,” Vucic said during the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation Council, Valentina Matvijenko and added:

Mogherini with prime ministers: Vucic and Thaci dialogue important (Danas)

EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Federica Mogherini hosted last evening dinner for the prime ministers from the Western Balkan in Brussels to discuss the situation in the region and continuation of European integration in 2018, Danas daily reported.

Referring to the statement from Brussels, Danas reported that all prime ministers expressed full commitment and readiness to continue the road to the EU.

Belgrade-Pristina dialogue one of topics (Vecernje Novosti)

Relations in the region and continuation of the European integrations would be the main topics at the working dinner of the Western Balkans heads of governments, organized by EU High Representative for Foreign Policy, Federica Mogherini in Brussels this evening, Vecernje Novosti writes today.

Serbian Prime Minister, Ana Brnabic would take part at this informal gathering where bilateral meetings are also planned.

Belgrade-Pristina dialogue would be one of the topics. Novosti further reported that the next round of a dialogue is not scheduled yet.
