Jadranka Joksimovic says that "inviting global powers" to join the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue represents "a reflection of provincialism."

"I'm sorry to hear that the Atlantic Council thinks the US and Serbia have had such bad relations until now, that a historic reconciliation needs to occur," the Serbian minister for EU Integration also said on Wednesday, adding:

The Atlantic Council will publish a report on the new US strategy for the Balkans.

According to Voice of America, it proposes establishing a permanent US military presence in Southeast Europe, advocates for "historic reconciliation" with Serbia and renewal of the reputation of the United States as a true mediator.

Belgrade based daily Blic writes today that the announcement over the possible engagement of the US in in the negotiations between Belgrade and Pristina is merely intended for the Kosovo public.

We are working very closely with the United States in the Western Balkans, Maja Kocijancic, a spokeswoman for the European Union, told b92.net on Tuesday.

According to her, this also applies to "the question of (Belgrade-Pristina) dialogue on the normalization of relations."

The European Union insists on the implementation of the agreed from the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, and above all on the establishment of the ZSO, says Aleksandra Joksimovic Director of the Center for Foreign Policy, reports daily Vecernje Novosti.

She points out that Pristina is avoiding this, and that the EU is aware that without the formation of the ZSO there is no continuation of the dialogue.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj, said today during the regional security conference “NATO and Western Balkans” that he hopes that Kosovo will become a NATO member by 2020.

“We see the NATO role on prevention of war and extremism, and help for peace and security in the world,” Haradinaj said.

He also spoke about the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade, saying that this process should continue in order to have good neighborly relations.

Stalemate in the Brussels dialogue lasts for four and a half months now, TV N1 reported last night. There are no official information neither from Brussels nor from Belgrade or Pristina when the next meeting could take place.

While Belgrade insists that the establishment of the Association of the Serb Municipalities should begin before the new round of negotiations, Pristina is requesting that the Brussels dialogue has a clear time limitation.

In the international school of diplomacy, dialogue and negotiations are approached from a “win-win” theory.

Advisor to the Kosovo President Blerim Shala told the RTK2, (the Show "Poglavlje" (Chapter)), that "the momentum of the historic agreement between Kosovo and Serbia must be defined," and that there must be a time limit for the talks.

"In principle, we have to agree that something that remained, we have to end once and for all".
