Odalovic: Serbia and Albania could be pillar of stability (RTS, NMagazin, Blic)

Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Veljko Odalovic has stated that it was important for Serbia and Albania to devote to the recent events in Kumanovo, FYROM and that these two countries could be a pillar of stability in the region.

Odalovic told the RTS that the visit takes place at a delicate moment, but it would be important that Serbia and Albania deal primarily with the events in Kumanovo.

Rama-Mustafa-Thaci, working breakfast in Brussels (RTK)

Prime ministers of Albania and Kosovo, Edi Rama and Isa Mustafa, as well as Kosovo Foreign Minister Hashim Thaci, had a working breakfast today in Brussels. The leaders are reported to have discussed joint projects within the process launched in Berlin by the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Rama, Mustafa and Thaci are taking part in the Western Balkans summit organised by the European Commission.

Serbian prime minister to visit Brussels on Tuesday (Blic, Tanjug)

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will visit Brussels on Tuesday, the government's media relations office said in a release.

Vucic will attend a meeting of prime ministers of the Western Balkan countries organized by EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn and Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc, which will focus on developing infrastructure network in the context of EU enlargement.

Rama on unification of Albania and Kosovo again (Tanjug)

BELGRADE- Albania and Kosovo will unite, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama repeated in an interview for Television Sky News Arabia.

On Friday, Rama stated that he had already said unification is something Albania considers as inevitable and unquestionable, adding that he believes it will happen on the path toward Europe.

However, Rama said that it is possible this may happen in another way in case Europe does not interfere with the strategic calculations of Balkan countries and a change of the appearance of the Balkans.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama until yesterday afternoon did not receive any protest notes and letters from Serbia and the international community on the occasion of his statements about a possible unification of Albania and Kosovo, if the EU does not start integration of Kosovo, briefly told Danas, Rama's political adviser Shkëlzen Maliqi. BELGRADE -- Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama sayst Serbia "should become an ally of Albania, in order for the people in the Balkans to find peace."

"We have had a very difficult past, a years-long break in communication and a very dramatic period because of the regime in Belgrade and the ethnic cleansing in Kosovo, but we are absolutely certain that a completely new period is in our hands and that an immense number of opportunities lie before our countries," Rama told the N1 television, Beta reported.
