''The October 6th elections are the elections of the Republic of Kosovo and its citizens,'' so Belgrade officials will not be allowed to campaign and threaten Serbs in Kosovo – adviser to the outgoing Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli, Jetlir Zyberaj announced today. On the other hand, the Office for KiM assessed this ban as ''Pristina’s absolute fear of Serb political unity''. They also accused Pristina of turning Kosovo Serbs into ''victims of political violence, human rights violations and undemocratic treatment''.

The Deputy Director at the Office for KiM Dusan Kozarev was forced to leave Kosovo on Friday – the Kosovo Office announced, reported portal KoSSev.

Kozarev was stopped on the road between Ranilug and Novo Brdo and then escorted to Konculj on the grounds that ''the representatives of the state bodies of Serbia are not welcome in the Kosovo elections''.

KiM radio reports that the Vice President of the CI SDP Ksenija Bozovic announced on Wednesday that councillors Dusan Milunovic and Igor Rajcic from this initiative can only act as independent councillors as of that day. She explained that they were expelled from the CI SDP because they had violated the Statute of this civil initiative,

The slogan of the Serbian List’s pre-election video – „When Serbia calls, I give my vote“ – is unacceptable for Radio Television of Kosovo, as it is contrary to the law on Kosovo public service broadcasting but also to the law on general elections, RTK election campaign chief, Lorik Arifaj told KoSSev.

Arifaj added that he informed Serbian List about this, suggesting that they replace the word ''Serbia'' with ''Kosovo'' so that the video could be broadcast.

The President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik announced in Belgrade today that one of the possible solutions of the Kosovo issue is for the four municipalities in the north of Kosovo to remain in Serbia with Republika Srpska also joining the Republic of Serbia. ''If that is the solution, I will not oppose it,'' he told Belgrade's TV Prva, which was then picked up by Belgrade media.
