Đurić met with the representatives of Serbs from Kosovo (TV Most)

The Serb representatives in the Kosovo government have informed the Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija of the reasons for freezing their participation in the government, inter-ministerial committees and other government bodies, and today's submission of the request to the constitutional court in Pristina for the assessment of the constitutionality of the law of Trepča.

Serb representatives in the Kosovo government have opposed the draft law on Trepča at a government session, stressing that it excludes the Serbian community from the decision-making about the future of the conglomerate, and that the whole process was politicized.

Minister for Administration and Local Self-Government Ljubomir Marić says that it is irregular to submit the draft law to the ministers immediately before the session of the Government.

Inter-Ministerial Commission for the Return about the incidents in Mušutište (KIM radio)

Latest incidents in Mušutište and the return of displaced were the topics of a meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Commission for the return.

During the meeting once again the Serbian representatives in the Kosovo government, Ministers Dalibor Jevtić and Ljubomir Marić and Deputy Kosovo Prime Minister Branimir Stojanović, have concluded that the recent incidents in Mušutište are a big step backwards, not only for the return process but also for all those processes that involve the rule of law.

Marić: No double teams for drafting the Statute of the ZSO (Blic, RTS)

Minister for Local Self-Government in Kosovo Ljubomir Marić says that there are no double teams for drafting the Statute of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities as well as there is no reason that could hinder its work, and that there is only one management team.

He adds that political will is important for the operations of the management team.

Ljubomir Marić, Minister of Local Self-Government, said that today was the deadline for the French-Andorran consortium to submit the necessary bank guarantees for the previously signed contract for the construction of ski centre in Brezovica.

Under the contract, the consortium MDP Consulting should provide 163 million euros to build a new ski centre in Brezovica.

The Serbian List against the army of Kosovo (RTK 2)

Top officials of Kosovo's Government, starting from the President and the Prime Minister, once again intensify the issue of transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the Armed Forces.

Representatives of the Serbian List argue that no-one talked with them about the formation of the army of Kosovo. They add that the stand of the Serbian list remains the same, i.e. that they are against the transformation.

Maric: Membership of Kosovo in UEFA and FIFA is political decision (RTS)

Minister for Local Government Administration in Kosovo, Ljubomir Maric, told RTS that after violations of the UEFA Statute and admission of Kosovo into this organization, it was expected that the next step was its admission to FIFA. In regards to the statement of Isa Mustafa that the format of the talks will be reconsidered, Maric said that such statements indicate a problem of Kosovo authorities, which is the implementation of the agreements of Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.

Maric: The issue of "Trepca" should be resolved in Brussels (RTS)

Minister for Local Government Administration in Kosovo Ljubomir Maric told RTS that the Serb representatives will not participate in the Commission that will propose a law specifying the ownership and functioning of Trepca Complex. This issue should be addressed at the Brussels level, said Maric. He said that Serb representatives tried to tell Prime Minister Isa Mustafa that the decision on the establishment of the Commission is wrong.
