Serbian minister sent letter to every Interpol member state (Tanjug, B92, TV Pink)

There are no reasons - besides political ones - for Interpol to accept Kosovo as its member, Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic has said, adding that Serbia is working on submitting political, legal, and police arguments why Kosovo should not become a member of Interpol. Stefanovic told TV Pink that he personally has sent letters to all members of Interpol explaining the reasons against the membership of Kosovo in Interpol, but also that it should be taken into consideration that there are those who will never change.

Hrkalovic: Admission of Kosovo in Interpol would be precedent (Danas, FoNet)

Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs State Secretary Dijana Hrkalovic underlined during the meetings with Spanish, Indonesian and Indian ambassadors that eventual decision to admit Kosovo in Interpol “would constitute a precedent and politicization of this police international organization,” FoNet news agency reported. Ambassador of Indonesia, Harry Kandou noted that his country respects and supports the integrity and sovereignty of states in line with the UN Charter and international law.

Srpska Lista met with Palmer: Open issues to be resolved in compromise (RTS)

Srpska Lista representatives said during the meeting with US official Mathew Palmer that peace and stability are the most important and all open issues should be resolved in compromise. On the other side, Palmer noted it is important that Serbs take part in all the processes important for Kosovo, RTS reports. Srpska Lista Chair Goran Rakic and deputy chairs, Dalibor Jevtic and Igor Simic said Srpska Lista extends full support to the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to resolve the Kosovo issue in compromise, since this is the only way to enable better position of Serbs in Kosovo.

Dacic: How long Albanians would be tolerated to avoid obligations (RTS)

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, speaking for RTS “Upitnik” show said that Pristina constantly seeks an alibi to avoid implementation of signed agreements. Dacic added Kosovo does not want to join Interpol because of the fight against the crime, but to show and prove itself as a state. Dacic also underlined as long as the UN SC Resolution 1244 remains in force, there is no army of Kosovo. He termed initiative for transformation of Kosovo Security Forces (KSF) as an attempt by some Western countries to please Pristina authorities.

Kosovo is our biggest issue, not rule of law, Vucic says (N1, TV Pink)

The President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday that the rule of law was not the most significant problem for Belgrade, but that was the Kosovo issue, the Beta news agency reported.

Speaking to the Pink television, Vucic said that the European Commission would soon “report significant progress made by Serbia in the rule of law,” adding that the Venice Commission approved the constitutional amendments and that "everything goes in right direction.”
