Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said today that the Pristina decision to introduce tariffs on Serbian goods defreeze so-called frozen conflict, Tanjug news agency reported.

He added, this is the reason why he is afraid of everything that might happen in the future. Vucic also said that Ramush Haradinaj “nominated private Serbs for his ministers,” in reference to the decision of Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to nominate Dijana Zivic from Independent Liberal Party (SLS) as minister of agriculture, instead of Nenad Rikalo who was deposed earlier.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has expressed his concern over Pristina's stance to, despite pressure from the international community, not revoke its tariffs on Serbian goods, Tanjug news agency reported.

The President Vucic, speaking to the Italian Ambassador Carlo Lo Cascio in Belgrade on Monday, said Serbia will return to dialogue only after the withdrawal of the tariffs. He emphasized that he was concerned about the inability of the European Union to exert more pressure on the Pristina authorities.

The Chairman of the opposition Alliance for Serbia (SzS), Vuk Jeremic, announced he will officially visit the US next week to “remove the danger” of Washington preventing the change of authorities in Serbia, TV N1 reports.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Sunday that there was no agreement on changing the borders with Kosovo, BETA news agency reported.

"What can I say about that... There is nothing at all there... It must have been written by Thaci and Haradinaj. There are no points, let alone 17," Vucic told reporters in Trstenik, central Serbia, where he was touring as part of the Future of Serbia campaign.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met on Friday with Srpska Lista (SL) representatives in Raska, including SL deputy-chair, Milan Radoicic, KoSSev portal reports.

Radoicic has made few public appearances since he avoided arrest by the special Kosovo police forces in Mitrovica North on November 23, last year. The Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo has issued a warrant for his arrest on the suspicion of involvement in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic.

Albanians want to include as many Serbs from Kosovo Pomoravlje as possible into the Kosovo army, President Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday. And he urged the Serbs not to do that.

Vucic made his comments after a meeting in the Raska Disctrict with officials of the Serb List, a political organization in Kosovo that gathers Serbs.

He said that he told them Serbia and the Serbs cannot survive if they go against each other and asked them not to join or participate in the Albanian army in Kosovo and Metohija (KiM). "We will see if the Serbs will respond or not," he added.

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic continues his campaign "The Future of Serbia" with the visit to the Ras (Raska) District.

Aleksandar Vucic's first stop on Friday was Vrnjacka Banja town. In his address to citizens gathered on the spa's promenade, Vucic said that "every day the Serb people are threatened in Kosovo and Metohija, the message of Serbia is that it will preserve peace and stability, but nobody should understand it as a sign of weakness because Belgrade will not allow anyone, Pristina included, to attack our people."

Serb political representatives from Kosovo would meet Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Raska today, Radio kontakt plus reports.

Republic of Srpska (in Bosnia and Herzegovina) and Serbia will continue to act together and give a single response to all challenges, Chairman of Bosnian Presidency and Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik said on Thursday following a meeting with the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, BETA news agency reported.

According to SRNA news agency, the two leaders met to discuss the strategic issues related to the survival of the Serb people. The meeting was held without prior notice.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic speaking for the Prva TV morning program said he has the political courage to resolve the Kosovo issue and “there would be peace unless somebody physically attacks the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija,” B92 reported.

“There would be peace unless somebody physically attacks Serbs and starts to kill them, that I would not be able to bear,” Vucic said.

Vucic added he took upon himself resolving the Kosovo issue as his own job, while the Government of Serbia authorized him to negotiate.
