“Farce, Djuric would prefer to talk to numismatics” (BETA, B92)

Leader of the Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Milos Jovanovic said DSS would not take part in a farce called internal dialogue on Kosovo, Serbian media reported.

Jovanovic said that the Chair of the Working Group to support dialogue, Marko Djuric, would prefer more to talk to numismatics about this for Serbia and Serbian people fateful topic.

The Serbian Government on Monday adopted a decision to form a working group tasked with supporting internal dialogue on Kosovo and Metohija.

All ministries will be included in the working group's activities, and it will be headed by Marko Djuric, director of the Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija, a statement said.

The working group will offer support to authorities, organizations and bodies in the process of conducting the internal dialogue, as well as monitor and coordinate activities undertaken by state authorities in the process of conducting the dialogue.

Serbian Foreign Minister and First Deputy PM Ivica Dacic on Thursday ruled out the possibility of Kosovo joining the UN by saying this was "out of the question."

Asked whether he considers the issue of Kosovo's possible "chair" in the UN to be a topic, Dacic replied: "What chair - maybe a wooden footstool. That's out of the question!"
