Jevtić: Street has become a place where decisions are made (Kontakt plus radio)

Minister in the Kosovo Government for Return and Communities, Dalibor Jevtić said the Saturday's events in Pristina were a result of "everything that lately we have in Kosovo - the street has become a place where decisions are made instead the institutions to strengthen."

Around 30 Albanian students of the University of Pristina gathered in front of the Church of Christ the Saviour in downtown Pristina and protested over the cleaning and restoring of the function of the Serbian church.

Serbian mobile operator in October will be licensed in Kosovo, but only with limited operations, said on Saturday President of the Board of Directors of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal communications, Kreshnik Gashi.

According to the announcement of Gashi, Kosovo will get, in early October, dialling code +383 while at the same time Serbian mobile operator will obtain permission to operate in Kosovo, but only with limited operations.

The dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina at the expert level will continue on Wednesday, 7 September in Brussels, announced today the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.

As stated, from 7 to 9 September, Belgrade and Pristina delegations will discuss the implementation of the agreement on the establishment of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities, cadastre, and recognition of diplomas, freedom of movement and the delimitation of the northern and southern Mitrovica.

To set up a commission for cases of journalists killed in Kosovo (Kontakt plus)

At the annual meeting of Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) in Kosovo, decision was brought to form a commission to deal with cases of killed and kidnapped journalists, it was announced today.

Budimir Ničić, President of the Association, told RTK2 that the commission would be composed of representatives of the international forces and the Kosovo Police, and representatives of UNS and the Association of Professional Journalists of Kosovo.

Serbs in Kosovo believe that the time has come for the completion of the Orthodox church of Christ the Saviour in Pristina. Especially after field testing on suspicion of the existence of mass graves which proves the church does not constitute a crime scene.

The agreement is final, by which the border between Montenegro and Kosovo was established, says Chief of the Management Board for the borders of Montenegro, Milan Paunović.

He told Television of Montenegro that the demarcation between Montenegro and Kosovo has ended, as well as that Kosovo's parliament would ratify the agreement in August.

Rašić: In Kosovo is applied an unlawful act on pensions (Kontakt plus radio)

Member of the Parliament of Kosovo Nenad Rašić said that a request was filed before the Kosovo Constitutional Court for the protection of constitutional rights of citizens who receive the basic pension, or some kind of social assistance of 75 euro, who were deprived of this right, as he said, by an illegal bylaw of the Kosovo Ministry of Labour and Social protection.

Earlier this year, the ministry has adopted a bylaw that expands criteria for receipt of the basic pension.
