Momcilo Trajkovic from the Serbian National Forum of Kosovo and Metohija told the regional broadcaster N1 that the statement by Defense Minister Aleksandar Vulin about the delimitation in Kosovo is a catastrophe, and that it is for a criminal responsibility.

"This division opens problems. What means division for us, 80,000 below the Ibar river? Where are we going to be? In Greater Albania? It is a call to us to leave that territory," Trajkovic warns.

Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin has fiercely criticized former High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina Paddy Ashdown for warning against changes to borders in the Balkans.

The deputy commander of Kosovo police in the north has denied that a special unit, "Rosu," had been deployed to this area, KoSSev website is reporting Monday.

According to Besim Hoti, an intervention police unit from the same region was sent to carry out "the operative plan" to ban the planned arrival of several Serbian officials to the territory of the self-proclaimed state.

Vecernje Novosti is reporting that Aleksandar Vucic is under tremendous pressure from the US not to have Aleksandar Vulin become Serbia's defense minister.

However, continues the Belgrade-based newspaper, the Serbian president and leader of the ruling SNS party is determined to entrust him with that duty.

Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday denied that he was under pressure because of the decision to appoint Aleksandar Vulin as Serbia's new defense minister.

Socialist Movement believes that this decision of Pristina is a shameful and calculated one, to not allow the President of Movement of Socialists Aleksandar Vulin to reside in Kosovo and so prevent him to be with the Serbs in Kosovo.

"They failed so far, they will not succeed and in the future. The Agreement on Movement of Serbian officials is most severely violated, we urge the European Union to respond and sanction the outrageous conduct of Pristina", it was said in a statement of the party, reports daily Blic.
