America, Germany and Britain, the core countries of the Euro-Atlantic partnership, these days with new energy are moving into a creation of a new Balkan order.

The Islamic State has published a propaganda video that threatens Balkan countries and calls on Muslims to either join it, or launch attacks in the Balkans.

The video, titled "Honor is in jihad, a message to the Balkans", has been published by the Alhayat Media Center - a propaganda center established to reach audiences in the West with Islamic messages.

One day in early February, the black flag of the Islamic State appeared on the roof of a dilapidated home in Gornja Maoca, an isolated hamlet in northern Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will visit Brussels on Tuesday, the government's media relations office said in a release.

Vucic will attend a meeting of prime ministers of the Western Balkan countries organized by EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn and Transport Commissioner Violeta Bulc, which will focus on developing infrastructure network in the context of EU enlargement.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi has stressed that stability can only come to the Balkans after Serbia formally recognizes the independence of Kosovo, but added that Kosovo and Serbia must move forward to normalize their relations.

Balkan is the biggest security hole in Europe, which was recognized and by terrorists, because most of the arms that they are using is coming from the region, according to the Vienna daily "Kronen Zeitung".

List indicates that the assassins in Paris used a weapon that is originating from the Balkans, where currently, according to estimates, there are four million unregistered weapons on the black market.

For decades, criminals of all kinds, use Balkan route as a "criminal highway" to and from Europe.

US Secretary of Justice Eric Holder announced that the US will send 70 state prosecutors to the countries of the Balkans, the Middle East and North Africa to help in the fight against terrorists.

German newspaper Sueddeutsche Zeitung mentions that Kosovo, from where in the wars in the Middle East has already been killed more than 40 people, and Bosnia with more than 30 killed, are leading countries for the recruitment of jihadists in the Balkans. The paper points out that Serbia is undertaking measures, which provide even the ten-year sentence, in order to impede or prevent Islamic groups to recruit the fighters.
