BELGRAD - The UN Security Council will on Friday hold a session on Kosovo to consider the latest report by UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, during which Serbia's stands will be presented by First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
In his regular quarterly report on the work of the UN Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), Ban called upon the Kosovo authorities to speed up the establishment of the specialist court for war crimes and to redouble their efforts in strengthening a broad public consensus around this issue.

In a written reply to KoSSev, representative of the Association of Displaced from Djakovica/Gjakova, Simonida Ašanin, said that the next visit to Đakovica/Gjakova due to memorial service is planned for 14 February.
Displaced Serbs from this city, meanwhile, had a meeting with the US Ambassador in Kosovo, Tracey Ann Jacobson, as well as with the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the UN in Kosovo, Jennifer Brush. As Ašanin added, talks with the subject of the rights of Serbs in Kosovo and in Djakovica/Gjakova are still ongoing.

Kosovo PM Isa Mustafa endangered the confidence of Serbs in the Brussels dialogue, by the decision to dismiss Minister of Communities and Returns Aleksandar Jablanović, was stated from the Movement of Socialists (PS). Minister Agani meets head of UNMIK (Koha)
Kosovo’s Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Ferid Agani, met with head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) Farid Zarif. Agani thanked Zarif for the ongoing cooperation and support that UNMIK has given to the processes in Kosovo, and "assured him that his ministry will continue to cooperate with UNMIK, relying on the new reality in Kosovo created after the declaration of Kosovo’s independence." Zarif, congratulated Agani on his new post, and said that UNMIK will continue to cooperate and give its contribution in the fields dealing with this ministry.
Selimi: 100 per cent of Trepca is ownership of Kosovo (Danas)
“The Government of Kosovo has not changed the decision on the ownership of Trepca. Trepca is one hundred per cent owned by Kosovo, but the question which is under consideration relates to the model of the management of this property and future private investments. Association of Djakovica citizens: We would like to visit our churches (IRS)
The Association of Djakovica citizens has asked the US Ambassador in Pristina Tracy Jacobson, representatives of KFOR, UNMIK and EULEX, and non-governmental organizations to enable them to visit Serbian churches in this town in southwestern Kosovo. A bus carrying 40 displaced Serbs from that town was stoned in front of the Church of the Assumption of the Holy Virgin in Djakovica on Christmas Eve.
