Stojanovic: The terms of the coalition agreement remain in force (RTS)

Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo Branimir Stojanovic told RTS that the deal on the functioning of the coalition as well as privatization in Serbian communities influenced a decision of the Srpska representatives to return to the Kosovo institutions.

Branimir Stojanovic said that there were no new conditions, and that it was about the conditions agreed when the coalition agreement was made.

B. Stojanovic: Needed explanations and guarantees (KIM radio)

Branimir Stojanovic at a session of the Municipal Assembly of Strpce/Shtërpce, discussing master-plan of the new ski centre, pointed out that in the period of 180 days must be provided "additional clarifications and guarantees".

According to the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, this is a prerequisite for the contract to be binding.

Latest proceedings in Kosovo can jeopardise Serbs' survival (Tanjug)

GRACANICA - Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic warned on Tuesday that the latest proceedings in Kosovo can jeopardise the survival of Serbs and added that the only solution lies in the constitution of the Community of Serb municipalities.

During a conference in Gracanica, Stojanovic talked about burning issues of the Sebs in Kosovo among which he has cited and dysfunctionality of the judiciary system in Kosovo. 

He underscored that not enough Serbs are deployed on key positions in the police and judiciary, especially the Prosecutor's Office.

The formation of Association/Community of Serbian municipalities (ZSO) remains a priority of the Serbs in Kosovo, said Branimir Stojanovic, Kosovo's deputy prime minister.

He pointed out that it is necessary to solve the issues of privatization, the full protection of property and rights of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo.

Stojanovic said that ten conclusions, which representatives of municipalities with Serbian majority in Kosovo made a few days ago at a meeting in Gracanica, have reflected the need of Serbs in Kosovo, not a political option or party.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic said that hatred in Kosovo must stop and that "there are no negotiations on the freedom". “We Serbs want to live normally and this time we are sending a clear message that the only guiding principle of our actions is decent life. We do not accept the leftovers of the freedom, which is given to us occasionally; the freedom is not negotiable,” said Stojanovic, noting that the Serbs dream of freedom of movement throughout Kosovo. 

Stojanovic: Kosovo Serbs to decide after talks in Belgrade (Tanjug)

BELGRADE - Branimir Stojanovic, Kosovo deputy prime minister, said on Saturday that representatives of Kosovo Serbs will decide on further participation in Kosovo institutions after a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic next week.

"We are focused on the meeting with Prime Minister Vucic, and after that we will once again consider everything and decide whether we will continue to take part in the operation of institutions," Stojanovic told Tanjug, adding that he expects the meeting to be held next week.

Still no decision on Serb participation in Kosovo government (RTS, B92)

BELGRADE -- Branimir Stojanovic has said that a decision has not yet been made on the further steps when it comes to the Serb List participation in the Kosovo government.

Stojanovic, who serves as a deputy prime minister of Kosovo, told Radio-Television of Serbia (RTS) that meetings will be held between Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Serbs from Kosovo.

"If the decision concerned only us personally, we'd make it easier and faster," he was quoted as saying, and adding:

Dismissal of Jablanovic – destruction of the Brussels Treaty (RTS)

Following the removal of the minister in the Kosovo government, Aleksandar Jablanovic, decision on further participation in the cabinet of Isa Mustafa, representatives of the Serbian list will bring in the coming days. More information will be known after a meeting with Serbian Prime Minister, Aleksandar Vucic.

Serb representatives estimate that the decision to dismiss Aleksandar Jablanovic has shown nervousness of Kosovo Prime Minister before the resumption of dialogue in Brussels.
