Pristina warned from the EU (Vecernje Novosti)

Next meeting of the Foreign and Economy ministers from the region, where again will meet Ivica Dacic and Enver Hoxhaj, will be held in Pristina, by the end of the year. Brussels already sent the Kosovo authorities strict instructions how that gathering should look like. Regional meeting set to take place in Belgrade could be postponed (Koha)

Postponement of the Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's visit to Belgrade could put into question the regional meeting of ministers of foreign affairs, economy and finance with representatives of European Commission, scheduled to take place in the Serbian capital on 23 October.  This was announced by Serbian FM, Ivica Dacic, ahead of his visit to Brussels where he is to have a farewell meeting with EU High Representative Catherine Ashton. Kosovo FM, Enver Hoxhaj, has been one of the ministers invited to take part in the meeting.

Zbogar: A solution to be found by Kosovars (Gazeta Express)

During his visit at the inauguration project for energy efficiency of the primary school “8 March” in Peja, Samuel Zbogar, head of the EU Office in Kosovo, was asked by the media about the political stalemate in Kosovo. “My job is to urge political leaders to resolve the stalemate. We support Jahjaga’s efforts to lead them to a solution. The time is passing and we cannot do the job of the leaders. We will continue to have faith that Kosovo and Kosovars will find a solution. This is more important for Kosovo but it is also important for us.

Zbogar: I would take my hat off in respect to women from Krusha e Madhe (Koha Ditore)

Head of EU Office in Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar, said that he takes his hat off in respect to the women of Krusha e Madhe. He made the comments in the inauguration of a new food processing facility in the village.  “I am very happy that we are opening this factory that will create new jobs and better living conditions”, said Zbogar.

Augustin Palokaj says that no comparison can be drawn between the stalemate in Kosovo and the situation in Belgium when the country was left without a government for a period of time. Palokaj claims that in Belgium it was not unclear who should form the government and the question was only who could secure the parliamentary majority. At the same time, in there is a system in place in Belgium to make sure that nothing stalls as a result of no government being formed which is not the case in Kosovo where, according to Palokaj, everything has stopped.
