Simic congratulates holiday to Albanians and calls for peace (KIM Radio)

"Tomorrow is the Albanian national holiday and I expect that the Albanian community will celebrate it in peace. I congratulate them the holiday, but I also appeal not to stir up the atmosphere of intolerance and not to point the finger at their neighbours - Serbs, during tomorrow’s announced protests," said Slavko Simic. President of the Serbian list in Kosovo Assembly Slavko Simic said that the decision of the Kosovo Constitutional Court to suspend the part of the Brussels Agreement is an attempt to postpone the implementation of a key element of the agreement – establishment of the Association / Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO).

The head of the parliamentary group of the Serbian List in the Kosovo Assembly Slavko Simic said that steps were agreed in a meeting with the Minister of Internal Affairs of Kosovo Skender Hyseni for the police to implement in order to ensure the security and freedom of movement of Serbs.

Simic says that will be taken effective measures in high-risk areas, and there are also certain areas where incidents are repeated, such as the municipalities of Klina/Kline and Pec/Peja.
