Serbian Minister of Defense, Aleksandar Vulin said that representatives of Albanians have never abandoned “Great Albania” project, Tanjug news agency reported.

He warned this project cannot be achieved without violence and the expulsion of all other peoples living in Kosovo and Metohija.

He added “Great Albania” is a threat to the entire region, but it is also concerning that the EU, NATO and the rest of the world either do not understand or choose to pretend that they do not understand “we are witnessing the creation of “Great Albania.”

Certain amount of medicament and newspapers reached Kosovo this morning, Serbian national broadcaster RTS has learnt. The newspapers were not distributed to the shops, but rather divided in the residential buildings, somewhere they were left in front of the doors or in postal boxes.

However, bread, milk and dairy products from central Serbia do not reach Zvecan for the fourth day in a row, since Pristina imposed 100 percent taxes.

The medicaments’ supply is also in decline, while the most difficult situation is with oxygen reserves, RTS correspondent said.

Russian Ambassador Aleksandr Chepurin's message to Pristina authorities on Friday was "not to overestimate their powers."

The diplomat took to Twitter to comment on Pristina's decision to raise taxes on goods from Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina (BiH) by 100 percent, to write:

"The story about Pristina's 'tax-sanctions 'on goods from Serbia and BiH confirm the words of Napoleon, which he repeated as he was retreating from Russia in 1812: 'It's just one step between the sublime and the ridiculous'. The point of the saying is: one should not overestimate one's powers."

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic have asked China's Ambassador in Belgrade, Li Manchang to inform the Chinese leadership that Serbia “has never been in a more difficult situation.”

Ambassador Li responded to this by saying he will notify the President of China about the issue in the course of the day.

EU Spokesperson, Maja Kocijancic said today that stance of Brussels regarding increased Kosovo taxes for the goods from central Serbia “is clear and consistent.” The EU “clearly expects” Pristina to revoke the measures and “both sides” to show restraint from provocations, Tanjug news agency reported.

Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted today on Pristina’s decision to increase taxes by 100 percent for the goods from central Serbia, Tanjug news agency reported.

The Ministry said, that the EU should influence the Kosovo authorities.

“It is about Pristina starting a trade war, in line with ethnic cleansing policy, given that the Serb population in the Province depends very much on goods from the central part of Serbia,” the Ministry said in a press statement.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic commenting on the burning of Serbian goods in Kosovo, said that the worst kind of Nazism is in place, B92 reports.  

He made these remarks in a meeting with the Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija in Belgrade today, saying nowhere else but in Kacanik could be seen burning of the goods and organizing a pyre. “It is the same as burning Jewish books in Nazi Germany. We have the worst kind of Nazism in place,” Vucic noted.

Abbot of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) Visoki Decani Monastery Father Sava Janjic said on Thursday he had “pretty reliable information from both local and foreign sources about talks on the division of Kosovo along ethnic lines, adding the negotiations were held in a narrow circle and in the greatest secrecy, Beta news agency reports.

Introducing of an economic blockade by Pristina authorities for all goods from central Serbia has hit hard particularly Kosovo Serbs, Abbot of Visoki Decani Monastery, Father Sava Janjic said, Danas daily reports.

“Regular supplies have been cut off, the existing agreements are not honored & the general situation’s been aggravated. Totally irresponsible,” Abbot Janjic wrote on Twitter.
