Serbian Assembly Committee on Kosovo and Metohija chair Milovan Drecun has assessed that the creation of Greater Albania is an irreversible process.
Drecun also told Belgrade based TV Pink that this will be created "in one form or the other" and that this is being done in order to create a counterpoint to Serbia - a territory that could, with its size, resources and population be able to compete with Serbia.

The mass departure from Kosovo shows that nothing has been done over the past two years economy-wise to make people want to stay, Belgrade based portal B92 quotes the Albanian language website indeksonline.net.
According to the website, almost 40,000 people are currently waiting for the German embassy to reply to their applications to be granted working visas, so they can leave Kosovo as soon as possible.

Milovan Drecun says the "erasing" of the border between Albania and Kosovo is one of the steps leading to Albania's annexation of a part of Serbia's territory.
The chairman of the Serbian National Assembly's Committee on Kosovo and Metohija added that this would place a part of the international community that supports Serbia before "a fait accompli." Drecun, a member of the ruling SNS party, told Serbia's public broadcaster RTS that Albania is doing everything to complete the violent annexation of Kosovo.
