Serbian and Albanian analysts: Belgrade and Pristina far from agreement (Blic)

It is still uncertain whether the Pristina parliament will be dissolved on August 22, which would allow early elections to be called, claim Danas's interlocutors from Kosovo.

Some sources of daily Danas unofficially state that it should be seen whether two-thirds of MPs will vote to dissolve the parliament, and that Kosovo's President Hashim Thaci still can avoid going to the polls.

The inclusion of the Presidents in the dialogue is a continuation of failure (Beta)

Political analyst from Pristina Behlul Beqaj estimates the inclusion of Presidents Hashim Thaci and Tomislav Nikolić in Brussels dialogue as the failure of the process.

- Continuation of the talks in this format will lead to degradation of Kosovo, while Serbia will be the winner in international relations - Beqaj told Beta agency, adding that the resumption of dialogue can lead to the unilateral formation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities (ZSO).
