Trajkovic: Srpska Lista must not vote for demarcation (KIM Radio)

“Srpska Lista must not vote for ratification of the demarcation agreement. No one authorized it to deal with “par excellence” state affairs,” President of the Serb European Movement, Rada Trajkovic told KIM Radio.

She further added that “involvement of Srpska Lista in the project of demarcation would essentially mean legalization of Kosovo, as a holder of a border with Montenegro and the annulment of the state of Serbia on that line”.

Srpska Lista will not vote for demarcation with Montenegro “despite false and tendentious claims” published in all Albanian-language media and rerun by part of the Serbian media, Srpska Lista said, KoSSev portal reported.

“Something like that was not agreed with us and we will not support demarcation, as it is falsely claimed, instead we will continue to fight for the interests of Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and not for the interests of certain domestic and foreign centers of power,” Srpska Lista further said, KoSSev portal reported.

Stojanovic appointed as State Secretary in Serbian Ministry of Economy (KoSSev portal)

Former Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister and a member of Srpska Lista, Branimir Stojanovic is appointed by the Government of Serbia, as a State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, KoSSev portal reports today.

Decision on the appointment was made on 31 January 2018.

“New role and new tasks. Everything in service to our people and Serbia,” Stojanovic wrote on his Facebook profile and posted decision on the appointment, KoSSev portal reported.

Srpska Lista MPs left parliament session, claim they were manipulated (RTS)

In a sign of protest, due to denied translation service at the moment when a tribute was paid to The Hague convict, Haradin Balla, in the Kosovo Parliament, members of the Srpska Lista have left the session, RTS reports.

In a press statement, Srpska Lista said its members were the victims of unseen political deception, at the moment when a tribute was paid to a convicted war criminal, RTS further writes.

Srpska Lista: Continuation of ethnically motivated attacks against Serbs (Kontakt Plus Radio, RTV KiM)

The latest display of ethnic intolerance and hatred in the village of Ugljare, near Gracanica continues a series of ethnically motivated attacks against Serbs in January, Srpska Lista said, Kontakt Plus Radio reported.

Srpska Lista also said this is the 9th attack against Serbs in Ugljare village this month.

Bozovic: Individuals to refrain from comments on Ivanovic (FoNet, Vreme, N1)

FER monitors Serbian President initiative on internal dialogue on Kosovo (KoSSev portal)

The period from June initiative of the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to launch an internal dialogue on Kosovo until the organization of the first roundtable on 31 October 2017, was marked with two tendencies: frozen conflict and delineation, KoSSev portal reported today.

This is according to the Forum of Ethnic Relations Director, Dusan Janjic who presented the first out of five reports, his organization would dedicate to the internal dialogue on Kosovo. The report is also focused on the impact the initiative has in Kosovo.

Srpska Lista refuted it talks to Pristina on army establishment (RTS)

Srpska Lista rejected all insinuations that its representatives are negotiating with the authorities in Pristina on the transformation of the Kosovo security forces into armed forces, and said their stance in this regard is clear and unchanged, RTS reported.

This reaction came following the statement of the Kosovo deputy minister of defence, Agim Ceku, who said there are talks with the Srpska Lista on the transformation of the Kosovo security forces into the armed forces.

Janjic: Possible political trade with the Serbian List (Danas)

Belgrade based daily Danas writes today that the Haradinaj government's program does not specify a concrete plan for transforming the Kosovo security forces into the armed forces.

Danas recalls that Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has declared that the EU will grant visa liberalization for Kosovo in March "right after the celebration of the tenth anniversary of independence," and that the Kosovo army will be formed the same month.

Participants discussed about the issues journalists in Kosovo are facing, and one of them, according to the participants is non-cooperation of the Srpska Lista with some media outlets in Kosovo, KIM Radio further reported.

Annual report and guidance for the forthcoming period were also discussed.
