In a few minutes, Budimir Nicic, a journalist from Caglavica, told the public during his appearance in TV Happy show, what he sees as today's situation of the Kosovo Serbs. "There is a silent departure there. Every day, the property is sold, people sell, they go, obviously nobody is interested, neither our representatives down there nor in Belgrade. People are discriminated against by everyone," it was Nicic's message, reported portal Kossev.

Pristina authorities have admitted that Americans conduct their foreign policy, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said.

Vucic made this comment after Ramush Haradinaj told Belgrade-based Happy TV that Kosovo "does not have a foreign policy and belongs to the club led by America." During the same interview, the Kosovo prime minister was asked if he ever killed anyone, and replied, "I don't know, probably, war is war."

Foreign Minister of Serbia Ivica Dacic said tonight that he was ready to withdraw his signature from the Brussels agreement unless the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo was formed.

"I signed the Brussels agreement. We would never have signed it, if it didn't have the main thing in it, the ZSO. If five years have passed since the signing and there is nothing, I ask why then the negotiations," Dacic told TV Happy.

Only a blind person could believe that problems in the Balkans are over, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said late on Tuesday.

The regional conflict will last until the cause of those problems have been found - if you sweep all the problems under the carpet, you will trip over that carpet, Dacic told a talk show broadcast on TV Happy.
