"Vucic made brave move - before, Kosovo was Serbia, period" (B92, DW)

Serbia will never recognize Kosovo's independence, PM Ana Brnabic has said, and stressed that this would not be a compromise - something Belgrade favors.
She stressed that a compromise would also not be possible if Serbia continued to insist that Kosovo belongs to it, Tanjug cited Germany's broadcaster Deutsche Welle, which quoted Brnabic's statement made for Germany's Welt newspaper.
Brnabic also said that "relations with Pristina for us, Serbs, are difficult and emotional."

Joksimovic: EU ambassadors did not mention change of the dialogue format (RTS)

Serbian Minister of European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic, after meeting with the ambassadors of the EU Member State in Brussels, stated that none of the participants have mentioned direct involvement or change of the format of the dialogue, Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports.

Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports, quoting Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti, that the president of Serbia allegedly did not want to introduce the public with a working document related to resolving the Kosovo problem, assessing it as "unworthy of attention and unacceptable for Serbia".

The Management team for the establishment of the Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO) met today with the Minister of Local Government Administration in the Kosovo government, Ivan Todosijevic, and informed him about the current work on the draft of the ZSO Statute, reports Radio Television of Serbia.

The management team about the economic part of the Draft Statute of the ZSO (Blic)

The management team for the establishment of the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities met directors of the largest business entities from the north of Kosovo and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics at Pristina University with a temporary headquarters in North Mitrovica on creating conditions for a more dynamic development of Serb-majority municipalities, reported Serbian media.

Todosijevic: Work on the statute of ZSO runs smoothly (Blic, Vecernje Novosti)

The work on the Statute of the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) runs smoothly, and as for the Management Team, the Statute can be completed as planned, until August, says the Minister of Local Self-Government in the Pristina's Institutions Ivan Todosijevic for Belgrade based daily Vecernje Novosti.

He notes that although he is the responsible minister, the Brussels agreements do not leave space for him to insist on seeing the text of the statute before it is presented in a high-level dialogue.
