We will appeal to the UN because of the presence of Pristina's delegation (TV Prva, Blic)

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that Belgrade will appeal to the UN because of the presence of a Pristina delegation in the corridors at the UN headquarters, its behaviour and abuse of that presence, reports Serbian media

- Bilateral meetings are taking place and, in the corridors, and for this space the members of Pristina delegation received passes. It's one kind of abuse. We'll send protest to the UN, because they abuse their presence," Dacic told TV Prva.

Guterres: UNMIK remains; Kosovo is not a country for UN (RTS)

The United Nations will support Belgrade and Pristina's deal on Kosovo, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said in a talk to Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic. Dacic on representatives of Pristina and diplomacy in the corridors of the UN (RTS)

National broadcaster Radio Television of Serbia (RTS) reports this morning that Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said in New York that Pristina officials abused the Peace Mission in Kosovo by acquiring through it passes for UN.

Serbian PM: UNMIK shouldn't be reduced (Serbian media)

Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabic announced that she will call not to reduce the UNMIK Mission in Kosovo at a panel in New York dedicated to peacekeeping operations, reports Serbian media.

Brnabic, who heads the delegation of Serbia at the UN General Assembly, said that at a high-level meeting called "Action for Peace" she will stress that more than 300 women and men from Serbia are taking part in peacekeeping missions worldwide, showing Serbia’s commitment to peace and security around the world.

Consultations begin on murders of journalists in Kosovo (B92, Kontakt plus radio)

OSCE's media freedom representative has told the EFJ he began consultations with the president of the Serbian Commission Investigating Murders of Journalists.

The commission is headed by Veran Matic.

OSCE's Harlem Desir said that the consultations began on how to reopen investigations into the killings and disappearances of 14 journalists and media workers in Kosovo and Metohija, the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) announced on Wednesday.

Drecun: Database on KLA crimes established (Tanjug, RTS)

Serbian Assembly Committee for Kosovo and Metohija Chairperson Milovan Drecun met with UN Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs, Miroslav Jenca and informed him that a unique database on all KLA committed crimes was established, and that this base is not selective regarding the victims’ ethnic background, Serbian media reported.

Dacic: UNMIK guarantee of Kosovo's status neutrality (TV N1, BETA)

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic told UN Assistant Secretary General Miroslav Jenca that the UNMIK mission has to be maintained as a guarantee of Kosovo’s status neutrality.

Dacic said the dynamics and format of UN Security Council sessions on UNMIK also have to remain in place, press release of Foreign Ministry has said.

Jenca is quoted as saying that Serbia plays a significant role in the region and contributes to UN peace operations.
