Dialogue BG-PR in order to complete the agreement on insurance (TV Most)

Expert teams from Belgrade and Pristina will soon meet in Brussels to discuss “the missing elements” of the Agreement on insurance of vehicles that exist on both sides. After it they will complete the Memorandum of Agreement on the vehicle insurance from 23 July, which should introduce major benefits for vehicle traffic between Kosovo and Serbia.

Britain demands progress in dialogue from Pristina (B92)

After Germany, Britain has also been criticizing Kosovo politicians, demanding from them progress in the dialogue with Belgrade, according to the daily Blic.

The paper said it learned "from diplomatic sources" that such a message was given to Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and President Atifete Jahjaga by Baroness Joyce Anelay, special advisor of British Prime Minister David Cameron.

Rrahim Pacolli requests interruption of the discussions with Serbia (Epoka e Re)

Head of Kosovo’s technical delegation in the discussions between Kosovo and Serbia held in Brussels, Rrahim Pacolli, has proposed to the government of Kosovo to stop the discussions with Serbia, due to the lack of implementation of the agreement on the freedom of movement. “Serbia’s non-implementation of the agreement for the free movement of the citizens shows once again lack of seriousness and stability demonstrated continuously by the Serbian political elite towards the international factor.

Mustafa: Goran Rakic was part of Kosovo delegation (Zeri)

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said that there were certain persons from the Kosovo delegation that wanted to join that of Serbia during the 17 June meeting in Brussels where the issue of Mitrovica barricades was discussed. However, Mustafa said this was not allowed. “Goran Rakic was part of the Kosovo’s not Serbia’s team”, said Mustafa. He said that it is Brussels that sets the rules and people from Kosovo can only be part of the Pristina delegation. “We didn’t have persons from the north part of the delegation before, but now we do”, said Mustafa.

 

The agreement on the free movement between Kosovo and Serbia, will be in power from Friday (KosovaPress)

Head of the Kosovo delegation for the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade in Brussels, Rrahim Pacolli, told Kosova Press that the agreement for the free movement between Kosovo and Serbia will start to implement from the next Friday. He also stressed that the agreement means removal of the fees for the vehicles which means full recognition of the insurance policies.

Belgrade has accepted Pristina’s proposal that future employees of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities have the status of ‘employees in the public sector’, learned the paper.

Even though Serbian side insisted that A/CSM employees have the status of ‘state employees’ formulation ‘employees in the public sector’ is also acceptable for Belgrade, since it clearly stipulates that A/CSM is not a non-governmental organization as Albanian side used to treat it so far.

This is what head of the Serbian government's media office Milivoje Mihajlovic told the state broadcaster RTS on Monday.

Ahead of Tuesday's debate on the Srebrenica resolution at the UN Security Council, Mihajlovic said that "the international community, i.e. the West, was deeply involved in the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina."

Pristina responsible for not reaching agreement (TV Most)

Serbian Minister for Foreign Affairs Ivica Dacic said to Radio Television of Serbia that it is not known, for the time being, when will the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina resume, however it is obvious that the break won’t be long as expected, since our negotiations over the membership depend on the dialogue.

Dacic reminded that it is clear that Pristina is responsible for not reaching the agreement, since there was no will on its side to make a shift forward.
