Albanians are going for all or nothing - Serbian FM (B92)

What is happening in Macedonia is not just a local problem, but one for the whole region, says Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.

Prva TV: Court first wanted to extradite Haradinaj (B92, TV Prva)

B92 reports, based upon information of Prva TV, that former KLA leader Ramush Haradinaj was acquitted on the basis of revised decision, by which he was supposed to be extradited to Serbia.

As it was learned, the decision was justified by the fact that the consequences could be very difficult for Haradinaj, reported B92.

The news of the original decision and the revision this morning has appeared on the website Euronews but then it was withdrawn.

French court decides against extraditing Haradinaj to Serbia (B92)

A court in Colmar, France, on Thursday decided to reject Serbia's request to extradite Ramush Haradinaj on war crimes charges.

The Kosovo Albanian politician and former KLA ("Kosovo Liberation Army") leader will be released.

A statement issued by the court added that the French public prosecutor has the right to, within five days, lodge an before the Supreme Court of Cassation of France.
