On the other hand, Bekim Blakaj from the Humanitarian Law Center believes The Hague is good location for the Court but also he does not expect too much from it.

Limited operation of Serbian mobile operator in Kosovo from October (Kontakt plus radio,RTK2)

Serbian mobile operator in October will be licensed in Kosovo, but only with limited operations, said on Saturday President of the Board of Directors of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal communications, Kreshnik Gashi.

Staro Gracko: Memorial plaque to Serb victims desecrated (RTK2, KIM radio, B92)

Unknown persons overnight desecrated and damaged a memorial plaque dedicated to Serb victims from the village of Staro Gracko in Kosovo.

The names of 14 Serb farmers gunned down while harvesting their fields in July 1999 were inscribed on the plaque, as well as those of the victims of NATO's aggression that took place earlier the same year.

The memorial was placed at the elementary school in the centre of the village.

Serbian List asks to accelerate the formation of the ZSO (RTK2)

The Serbian List has asked the Kosovo government to speed up the process of establishing the Association/Community of Serb municipalities, reports today Epoka.

Deputy Prime Minister and member of the Serbian List, Branimir Stojanović says that "the ZSO is an obligation guaranteed by the agreement reached in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels" and emphasizes that he expects rapid steps in the establishment of this body.

Thaçi ready for everything only to win mercy of the Special Court (RTK2)

The vice-president of the Self-Determination Movement, Driton Çaushi said that dialogue with Serbia will most probably shift to the level of presidents.

“It was announced that the format of the dialogue with Serbia will change, and most probably shift to the level of presidents. Thaçi is ready to do everything only that the Special Court has a mercy on him. As he already normalized relations with Dačić, now he endeavors to reconcile with Nikolić,” said Çaushi.

“To stop Thaçi and to stop Serbia are not different things now,” wrote Çaushi on his Facebook profile.

The OSCE mission by occupying a part of the estate of Miloš Živković from Leskovac threatens elemental property rights, states attorney of Mr Živković, Dobrica Lazić.

Miloš Živković from Leskovac, as he says, is the owner of the estate of 2 hectares in the industrial zone in Kosovo Polje/Fushë Kosovë, which, he says, is occupied since 2000. The largest part of the estate is occupied by the OSCE Mission in Kosovo.

14 students requested verification of diplomas (RTK2)

Students who have graduated since 2001 at a faculties of Pristina University, relocated to the Mitrovica North have the option to verify diplomas that are required for the work in Kosovo institutions. Verification process will continue until 11 May 2017, and the offices in which graduates can submit the necessary documentation are in Gračanica/Graçanica and North Mitrovica.

Kosovo government is preparing plan B for Brezovica (RTK2)  

After the failure of the capital project of the French-Andorran consortium about investments in Brezovica, Kosovo Government announced plan B for this tourist and recreational complex. Minister of Trade and Industry Hykmete Bajrami says that the Government is currently considering two options for Brezovica: "First, the Law on strategic investment (if passed by Parliament in the near future) will enable direct negotiations with a number of companies that are interested in the project.

Zbogar: The trust of Serbs and Albanians is prerequisite for A/CSM (RTK2)

“The situation in Kosovo is not so bad, if you take into account what has been done so far,”' said the EU Special Representative in Kosovo, Samuel Zbogar, adding that he primarily think about the Stabilization and Association Agreement, Brussels agreement, the integration of the north, the visa liberalization process and the admission of Kosovo to international organizations.
