KFOR, EULEX, Kosovo security forces in joint exercise (B92, RTK2)

Members of KFOR, EULEX and Kosovo Security Force, the police, and the Agency for Management of Emergency Situations have started a joint exercise.

This has been reported by RTK in Serbian.

As stated, the aim of the exercise is to train commanders and staff of KFOR, EULEX and Kosovo security organizations in managing operations in cases of assistance in natural disasters and civil unrest.

Trajkovic: Serbs in Kosovo to be legitimized as participants in the establishing of the ZSO (RTK2)

President of the European Movement of Serbs and former deputy in the Assembly of Kosovo Rada Trajkovic told RTK2 that if Pristina is working on the establishment of the Community/Association of Serb-majority municipalities, it should work in a manner that implies the participation of Serbs because, as she says, if Serbs are not legitimized as participants then it means they are not working on it and it sends a worrying message.

Office for KiM: ZSO only in a manner agreed in Brussels (RTK2)

The Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija issued a statement regarding the decision of Pristina to unblock the process of forming the Community/Association of Serb Municipalities (ZSO), reports RTK2.

The Office states that Belgrade and the Serbs from Kosovo are seeking the implementation of the agreements reached and will take part in the work on forming the ZSO only in a manner agreed in Brussels.

Serbia and Kosovo will most likely regulate relations by the model of the two Germanys, says Director of the Forum for Ethnic Relations Dusan Janjic. Janjic told RTK 2 that Serbia must sign a legally binding agreement in the EU integration process, but that it does not have to recognize Kosovo.

He said that the internal dialogue with the revival of the story of demarcation has made it difficult for Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to find a solution to normalize relations.

Sheholli on demarcation: Some members of the Serbian List will change their attitude (RTK2)

Political analyst Fatmir Sheholli told Info magazine that he is certain that some members of the Serbian List will change their position and that they will vote for the ratification of the law on the demarcation of the border with Montenegro, reports RTK2.

He says that the position of the Serbian List is completely contrary to the wishes and expectations of the Serbs in Kosovo, and that in this way, it is controlled and dictated by Belgrade.

Express: Zarko Joksimovic sentenced to 6 months in prison (KIM Radio)

KIM Radio reported, referring to Pristina based Albanian language newspaper Express, that former RTK 2 director Zarko Joksimovic is sentenced to 6 months in prison, under the charges of misusing official duty.

Presiding judge Hoti, announcing the verdict, informed Joksimovic that the prison sentence, with his agreement, can be replaced with a financial fine in the amount of 2.500 euros, KIM Radio reported.
