Stojanovic: Pristina to take the responsibility and implement the agreed in Brussels (Blic, Novi Magazin, RTS)
Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Branimir Stojanovic says that he expects much greater involvement of the international community in order to implement all the agreed from Brussels. Stojanovic was a guest in the show "Dogovor" (Agreement), broadcasted on the independent Serbian television network in Kosovo and B92 Info channel.
Stojanovic says that the insistence on non-implementing the part from the Brussels agreement, which goes in favour of the Serbs, but is not a threat to anyone else, represents an unwillingness of the other party and aims at prolongation of the process.
"Majority has never assumed the responsibility, and still today they are not interested in substance about how live the Serbs. Serbs are disappearing and the Serbs, if everything remains the way it is, will certainly disappear from many areas where they are absolutely the majority," he warned on.
Therefore, it is necessary to form the Community/Association of Serbian Municipalities, says Stojanovic and stresses that "someone had 17 years to recruit Serbs in thermal power plant in Obilic, but has not hired any."
The political crisis in Kosovo will continue until early elections.
MP of the Self-Determination in the Assembly of Kosovo, Ilir Deda says, in the same show, that the crisis in Kosovo will last until early elections and he expects them this year.
"I expect that this will happen very soon, that this year will be early elections because it will suit the majority of political actors to deal with the situation that way. At the end, the parties in the government have some calculations and it (elections) will happen," said Deda.
"We need an agreement, in order to reach a broader consensus for the dialogue with Serbia, and we need to change some systematic errors in the electoral law," said Deda in the show "Dogovor".
Commenting on the issue of the ZSO, Deda says that the Community/Association can not be mono-ethnic; it cannot have the management capacity and must be the same as the Kosovo Association of Municipalities.
To bother people with stories about the ZSO, I think, is wrong, says Deda and pointed out that the story of the Community/Association has ended on 23 December last year, i.e. when the Constitutional Court of Kosovo gave its opinion on the same issue.
