“Tomorrow would be exactly four months since the murder of the leader of Civic Initiative “Freedom, Democracy, Justice” (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanović in Mitrovica North, and there is no progress in the investigation,” official of CI SDP Ksenija Bozovic told BETA news agency.

“We are disappointed and embittered, although from the day one we have claimed that the killer will never be found” Bozovic said, expressing dissatisfaction because the investigation, as she said, was increasingly being diluted.

Chairperson of the Mitrovica North Municipal Assembly, Dejan Guresic read conclusions from today’s session where 10 Serb-majority municipalities’ representatives participated. The conclusions were adopted unanimously, KoSSev portal reports.

Morning after yesterday’s incidents in Mitrovica North goes peacefully, however, citizens are shocked and concerned over what had happened, Serbian media reported.

“I think that all relevant factors need to get involved and calm down tensions so something like this never happens again,” Mitrovica North Municipal Administration Director, Adrijana Hodzic told RTV KIM.

Hodzic also thinks the special police units ROSU used excessive force and there was no need for that.

Kosovo Deputy Interior Minister, Milan Radojevic is pleased with a course but not with a pace of the investigation into the murder of Oliver Ivanovic. Florian Qehaja does not expect institutions would be efficient in this regard since “they have not shown that in the previous cases.” while Ksenija Bozovic said that all are bearing responsibility for the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic, leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP).

These remarks were made in the RTV KIM broadcast titled Sporazum.

Ksenija Bozovic, close associate of murdered Oliver Ivanovic, speaking in “Dogovor” show urged EUELX and representatives of embassies in Kosovo to tell what are they doing to find killers of Oliver Ivanovic, and Hashim Thaci to say “who will be hurt with the truth (about assassinated Serb politician),” KIM Radio reports today.

Miroslav Ivanovic brother of the murdered leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (SDP) Oliver Ivanovic, told FoNet news agency the family was "forced and condemned" to receive information about the investigation from certain politicians "if they consider it is appropriate to inform the public about it”.

Miroslav Ivanovic also said no one addressed them directly to eventually inform them about the investigation. He pointed out family members were invited to give statements if they had any information about the last days of Oliver Ivanovic.

It’s been one month after the assassination of the leader of the CI SDP Oliver Ivanovic and the perpetrators and those who ordered it have not yet been revealed.

The party led by murdered Kosovo Serb politician Oliver Ivanovic claimed that Kosovo police have “obviously no will” to find the killers because no information about the investigation has been revealed.

Ksenija Bozovic, the spokesperson for the Freedom, Democracy, Justice party, criticized Kosovo police on Tuesday for allegedly not revealing any details about the investigation into the murder last month of the party’s leader, Oliver Ivanovic.

While Pristina remains silent on Ivanovic murder probe, a family house of his first wife in Mitrovica north was stoned few nights ago, Danas daily writes today.

Kosovo Police Deputy Commander in Mitrovica North, Besim Hoti confirmed to Danas that a house of Cvetnic family, located nearby the seat of a Civic Initiative, Freedom, Democracy Justice, was stoned.

Deputy Leader of Civic Initiative, Freedom, Democracy, Justice, Ksenija Bozovic told FoNet news agency the party did not receive yet any information related to the investigation of Oliver Ivanovic’s murder.

“I neither know what is going on nor how far the investigation of Oliver’s murder has reached,” Bozovic said, adding that she and the party’s secretary gave statements to the police a few days ago.
