Robert Boch, furious about the session (Klan Kosova)

The Dutch Ambassador to Kosovo, Robert Boch, said for Klan Kosova, that he is skeptical about the establishment of the Special Court.

He added that he will post a message on his twitter account to express his bitterness regarding the things that happened today at the Assembly of Kosovo.

"In a system where the rule of law functions, the three separate powers should not criticize each-other. Especially not the judiciary," Boch wrote later on his twitter account, reports Koha Ditore.

Kosovo requests international investigation on Kumanovo (Klan Kosova)

During the works of the Vienna Economic Forum in Tirana, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa met with his counterpart from the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia , Nikola Gruevski.

Their meeting took place at Tirana’s “Congress Palace.”  They discussed the recent events in Kumanovo. “We discussed the issue of Kumanovo, and we have requested an international investigation on Kumanovo conflict,” Mustafa reportedly told Albanian media after the meeting.

Mustafa: We should resolve disagreements with Serbia through dialogue (Klan Kosova)

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, stated during his speech at the Vienna Economic Forum which is being held in Tirana, that it is important to build peace in this part of Europe in order for the people to live in better conditions.

“We will transform our disagreements into bridges of cooperation, this is our goal, as Kosovo,” said Mustafa. According to him, Kosovo will overcome its current challenges through cooperation with the other countries of the region.

Kosovo’s President, Atifete Jahjaga, said today during the Summit of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) in Tirana that the countries of the Balkans stand united in their aspiration of European Union membership. “This has been possible only through opening of the European perspective for every one of us, because in essence, this has been a step which has helped us overcome the consequences of the past and which has made the need to cooperate a necessity.

Selakovic to reprimand the northerners (Indeksonline/Klan Kosova)

The Serbian Minister of Justice, Nikola Selakovic, will visit Mitrovica North today and meet members of the Serbian parallel judicial system in northern Kosovo. According to Serbian media, Selakovic is expected to put pressure on Serb judges and prosecutors after the latter hesitated to apply for the positions of judges and prosecutors at the Mitrovica Basic Court and Prosecution, following the agreement on the judiciary reached between Pristina and Belgrade.

Busek: Serbia should recognize Kosovo as soon as possible (Zeri/Klan Kosova)

Erhard Busek, the former head of the Stability Pact, told Klan Kosova on Thursday that Serbia should recognize the independence of Kosovo as soon as possible. Busek said the only way toward the European Union is to acknowledge the new reality in the Balkans and added that full reconciliation between Kosovo and Serbia will take time. Commenting on the issue of visa liberalization for Kosovo, Busek said the isolation of Kosovars is not right.

Mayor of Gjakovica/Gjakova, Mimoza Kusari-Lila should apologize to displaced citizens of Djakovica/Djakova who were stoned.

Jahjaga decides not to go to Belgrade (Gazeta Blic)

President of Kosovo has sent a negative reply to the organisers of the Trilateral Commission meeting set to take place in Belgrade from 31 October to 2 November. Klan Kosova sources from Jahjaga’s office said the President informed the organisers in a letter. She justified her decision with internal developments in Kosovo and efforts to facilitate the dialogue between political parties so that new institutions are formed as soon as possible.
