Office for KiM condemned new attack against Serb property (Tanjug, RTS)

The latest in a series of attacks against Serb properties in Novo Brdo obviously aims to intimidate the Serb population in this ethnically mixed area, Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija said, Tanjug news agency reported.

The Office statement came as a reaction on a recent theft of two cows owned by Markovic family, in the village of Zebince, Novo Brdo municipality.

Office for Kosovo rebuttal of NATO claims on Djuric’s visit (RTS)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo and Metohija reacted on information published by some media outlets they were told in NATO Headquarters in Brussels that Marko Djuric violated procedures on 26 March when he entered the north of Kosovo and was arrested, RTS reports today.

“If this is the authentic NATO stance, then it represents ill-intended disinformation, aligning by Pristina, and against regional stability,” Office statement reads.

“Issues to resolve with dialogue” (KIM Radio)

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric and Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo, Ambassador Jan Braathu agreed yesterday it is necessary to continue resolution of all open issues in Kosovo with dialogue, KIM Radio reported.

Referring to the Office for KiM press statement, KIM radio further said, Djuric and Braathu discussed the current security and political situation in Kosovo and touched upon recently held local elections.

“Judicial bodies and police in Kosovo and Metohija, once again obviously based on political instruction, deprived of freedom D.T. at the administrative point Brnjak, over a warrant issued for him for alleged war crimes,” Serbian Government Office for Kosovo said, KIM Radio reported.

The Office’s press statement further said that T.D, after Bogdan Mitrovic and Milanka Tercic, became “the latest victim of the system,” whose main task is to conduct an intimidation campaign against Serbs and create an environment of uncertainty.

Serbian Government Office for Kosovo in the strongest terms protested over the arrest of Red Cross officials and raid by the police into their premises, warning that “misuse of humanitarian issues for political purposes brings no good to anyone”.

The Office’s press statement further reads it is important to lower the tension in Kosovo, adding that “this shameful action is a part of clashes of the old and new political structures in Pristina and internal Albanian conflict, which is a consequence of a transition of authority in the provisional institutions of the self-governance”.

Djuric: Serbia will never recognize Kosovo independence (TV Most)

The Serbian Government Office for Kosovo Director, Marko Djuric said to the Kosovo Dialogue Minister Edita Tahiri “to stop the mantra on the necessity of Serbia to recognize unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo and Metohija, as it will never happen,” TV Most reported.

Djuric further said “it is an absurd that Mrs. Tahiri, who is known as one of the most extreme and the hardest among the politicians in Pristina, stigmatize anyone as a chauvinist, and if there is a state in the region whose political discourse is not based on chauvinistic ideas, then it is Serbia.”

Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric said that a blockade, of a positive social processes, goes in favour of those whose interest is to keep Kosovo as a long-term hostage in a frozen conflict, Sputnik reported today.

Đurić: Srpska Lista is project of national importance (TV Most)

Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo, Marko Đurić had a meeting today in Belgrade with the representatives of the ten Serbian majority municipalities from Kosovo regarding the upcoming local elections in Kosovo and on “how significant it would be for the Srpska Lista to confirm and strengthen the political unity of Serbian people in those elections.”

Djuric and Rakic met in Belgrade today (KoSSev portal, RTK 2)

Chair of Srpska Lista, Goran Rakic and Director of the Serbian Government Office for Kosovo, Marko Djuric met today in Belgrade, Serbian media reported.

Statement of the Office for Kosovo said the two officials spoke about the political situation in Kosovo and the position of the Srpska Lista in regard to the establishment of new government in Pristina.

Tadic: Vucic should take over responsibility, Djuric, Vulin react (Fonet, RTS)

An idea of President Vucic to open “an internal dialogue” on Kosovo is “a bizarre act” stated to Fonet, former President of Serbia, Boris Tadic, pointing out that one cannot call for a dialogue on important topics such as identity and integrity of a state, without establishing a dialogue on all other topics.

Tadic also reminded that a mere word “dialogue” means showing respect for different opinions, assessing Vucic “is a wrong man to put Kosovo topic forward, since he has no critical attitude toward himself.
