Declaration on reconciliation of Serbs and Albanians soon (N1, NOVAs)

A deputy leader of the opposition Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP) said late on Sunday that organisation would soon present a declaration on the reconciliation between the Serbs and Albanians which, according to SSP, both Pristina and Belgrade parliaments should adopt.

Marinika Tepic told Nova S television the declaration would be the beginning of the reconciliation process between the two nations.

New “One in Five Million” protest in Gracanica on Saturday (Radio KIM)

The third “One in Five Million” protest walk is scheduled to take place in Gracanica, on Saturday 16 March, Radio KIM reports. As it was announced the protest walk would start at the main square and end at Milos Obilic Monument. An organizer of the protest Branislav Markovic called upon Gracanica inhabitants, but also Serbs from other areas to attend the gathering.  

‘One in Five Million’ protest organizers in Mitrovica North claim to have received threats (KoSSev)

The National Movement of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija Fatherland said yesterday that they allegedly received threats to give up on the “One in Five Million” protest planned to be held today in Mitrovica North, KoSSev portal reports. “Threats to give up on the ‘1 in 5 Million’ protest because it ‘will not do them good’ were sent to Slavisa Ristic and Marko Jaksic through the President of the Provisional Council of the municipality of Zubin Potok, Srdjan Vulovic. Srdjan Vulovic said that this message was conveyed from above.

Fatherland Movement invites citizens to attend “One in Five Million” protest in Mitrovica North (KoSSev)  

KoSSev portal reported today that Serb National Movement Fatherland as a member of Alliance for Serbia (SzS) invited citizens to attend the protest walk “One in Five Million” on Thursday, March 7, starting at 18.00 in Mitrovica North. According to KoSSev, this will be the first time that this movement is organizing “One in Five Million” protest walk and third such gathering in Mitrovica North.

Protest “One in Five Million” was held on Friday in Gracanica, gathering around 15 people, BETA news agency reported. Gracanica resident Tamara Zelenovic addressed journalists saying she did not come to the protest to bring down Serbia, but local authorities, KoSSev portal reported.
