Montenegro is expected to ratify soon the agreement for demarcation of the border with Kosovo. Montenegro’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Igor Luksic, confirmed the news in an interview for Montenegrin media. “I believe that Montenegro will very soon complete ratification of the agreement for demarcation with Kosovo,” he said.

The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, said today at the meeting of the government of Kosovo that the government of Kosovo has taken over a major burden by signing the agreements that are being violently rejected. However, he added these agreements do not concern anything else but normalization of the relations with Kosovo’s neighbors, and that no evil is involved in them.

The United States Secretary of State, John Kerry, will visit tomorrow Kosovo. According to an agenda ensured by Kosovo Police, he is so far foreseen to meet only the Prime Minister of Kosovo Isa Mustafa and Deputy Prime Minister Hashim Thaci.

This agenda does not foresee the place of the meeting, however, there are rumors that Kerry will only stop at Pristina Airport.

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, started today an official visit in Lander Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria in Germany.
During these two important visits for Kosovo, Prime Minister Isa Mustafa, accompanied by ministers Hykmete Bajrami Blerand Stavileci and Arban Abrashi, will be hosted by two Lander prime ministers, Winfried Kretschmann and Horst Seehofer.

Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa during a press conference today called on the opposition leaders to return to the Assembly and to solve problems through dialogue.  He said violent acts and teargas are unacceptable. Mustafa urged the opposition to wait for the decision of the Constitutional Court on the agreement on Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities. “I invite the opposition to come to the Assembly and to discuss and solve issues together.

The leader of Vetevendosje Movement, Visar Ymeri, wrote on his Facebook page about the arrests of Vetevenodsje activists. “Isa Mustafa and Hashim Thaci through Skender Hyseni, are terrorizing Pristina. A day does not pass without arresting Vetevendosje activists,” wrote Ymeri. He added that they use the police to stop and identify people at any place, with or without reason.

Prime Minister of Kosovo Isa Mustafa called a meeting of the National Security Council today to discuss the security situation in Kosovo amid terrorist threat other countries are also facing. Mustafa asked the Kosovo security institutions to undertake necessary steps in being ready to face any possible situation related to terrorist threats. “Republic of Kosovo is an active part of the global alliance against terrorism and violent extremism and has its responsibilities in this common fight,” said Mustafa at the meeting.

Ulrike Lunacek, Vice-President of the European Parliament, and Rapporteur for Kosovo, told Deutche Welle that problems in Kosovo cannot be resolved by violence and that opposition should wait for the decision of the Constitutional Court.

Adriatik Kelmendi says that Kosovo has become hostage of the war commanders, even though the war is over 16 year ago. Some of these commanders are enriched by being in power, the others enriched in opposition. These commanders might have known to lead or help the war, however now they are failing Kosovo with their moral deficit. According to him, the current position of Kosovo police officers represents the position of Kosovo population who stand in the middle as some black sheep. “These police officers are voters.

Arban Abrashi, spokesman for the Kosovo Government, confirmed to the news site that Prime Minister Isa Mustafa has advised all state institutions not to use official vehicles. The decision comes after Wednesday’s incidents, when supporters of the opposition demolished several official vehicles.
