Serbia turns to China for help; "It's never been worse" (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Prime Minister Ana Brnabic have asked China's Ambassador in Belgrade, Li Manchang to inform the Chinese leadership that Serbia “has never been in a more difficult situation.”

Ambassador Li responded to this by saying he will notify the President of China about the issue in the course of the day.

Vincenzo Grasso, KFOR spokesman, told TV Prva that KFOR was informed that four people were arrested in Kosovo, but that there is no accurate information about where they are.

"The Kosovo police arrested several people in connection with the murder of Oliver Ivanovic. We were informed that four people were arrested and I'm not sure where they are right now, but I'm sure that they are in the police and would be brought to the justice," Grasso told TV Prva.

Five countries sided with Serbia (KIM radio, Tanjug)

Five Interpol members have sided with Serbia and demanded the vote on Kosovo's membership be removed from the agenda of the General Assembly, reports KIM radio, quoting Belgrade based agency Tanjug.

These are China, Spain, Cyprus, Argentina and Suriname, Tanjug learns.

The vote on the Pristina's request for membership in Interpol, according to the program, should be held tomorrow. Serbia and these five countries have asked Kosovo to be removed from the agenda.

UN SC to debate the two latest report on Kosovo after a six-month break (Kontakt plus radio, KIM radio, Tanjug, N1)

On November 14, the UN Security Council session will be held in New York, where UN Secretary-General Antony Guterres's report on the work of UNMIK will be discussed, reported Serbian media.

The European Union will do everything in order that an agreement is reached next year on the overall normalization of Belgrade-Pristina relations, Belgrade-based news agency Tanjug reports, citing diplomatic sources in Brussels.

"We will do everything in the year that has remained to achieve a comprehensive normalization of relations, but we are not the only ones of whom this depends," diplomatic sources in Brussels told Tanjug.

Serbian PM explains what she means by compromise for Kosovo (B92, Tanjug)

Prime Minister Ana Brnabic participated late on Monday in the "Serbia in the EU" European Forum held at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin.

According to the Serbian government, Brnabic told the gathering that her country's strategic commitment is membership in the EU, whereas maintaining stability and developing regional cooperation of essential importance for the country.
