Miroslav Ivanovic: Unacceptable that Serbia hides Radojicic (Danas)

It is good the arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic was issued and that there is a will of Kosovo institutions, however, without pressure by the international community it will not be implemented, because the attitude of the Serbian authorities in this case so far was unacceptable, brother of the murdered leader of Civic Initiative Freedom Democracy Justice (GI SDP) Oliver Ivanovic, Miroslav told Danas daily.

“Institutions should do their job and the most important is that the murderer of Oliver Ivanovic, whoever it might be, faces the justice,” Deputy leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) Ksenija Bozovic said commenting on the media reports regarding international arrest warrant issued for Milan Radojicic, RTV KIM reports.

Bozovic also noted she heard about the alleged international arrest warrant from the media, however she has no details.

Pristina issued international arrest warrant for Milan Radojicic (Tanjug, B92)

Court in Pristina has issued an international arrest warrant for Srpska Lista Deputy Chair, Milan Radojicic Serbian media report referring to Pristina-based Koha and KTV media outlets.

Pristina suspects Radojicic of involvement in the murder of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP) leader Oliver Ivanovic. Pristina also suspects that Radojicic is hiding in Serbia.

As Pristina-based media reported earlier Radoijicic offered to the Pristina prosecutor Syle Hoxha to interview him in Belgrade, however the prosecution did not accept that.

Serb European Movement in Kosovo and Metohija Chair Rada Trajkovic has said the President Aleksandar Vucic is slowing down the investigation into the murder of Oliver Ivanovic by "providing abolition to Milan Radoicic," who is suspected by Kosovo prosecution of being involved in this case. Trajkovic made these remarks in RTV KIM broadcast “Dogovor” KoSSev portal reported.

CI SDP: We will not allow the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic to be forgotten (KIM radio)

RTV Kim reports that today it’s precisely 16 months since the murder of CI SDP leader Oliver Ivanovic.

“We will not allow the murder of Oliver Ivanovic to remain unsolved and fade into oblivion” said Vice President of CI SDP Ksenija Bozovic. She pointed out that the assassin(s) and instigators of assassination are still unknown.

Spasojevic and Rasic ended hunger strike; Serbian List seeks release pending trial (Radio Mitrovica Sever, Politika, Kontakt plus radio, KIM radio)

The two detained Serbs from Mitrovica, suspected of being connected with the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, ended a two-week hunger strike.

According to Belgrade based daily Politika, Nedeljko Spasojević (42) and Marko Rosic (25) decided to stop the strike due to their exhaustion and were receiving intravenous infusion.

KoSSev conducted a telephone interview with Marko Rosic’s lawyer, Mahmut Halimi who told KoSSev that he was not the one who forwarded to Serbian authorities Kosovo Prosecutor’s request for the extension of detention for two Serbian suspects, but he did not rule out the possibility that one of his colleagues might have did it.

Serbian officials, including President Vucic and Marko Djuric presented this paper to the public as evidence received from one of the lawyers defending Serbs suspected int his case.
